The cottage has a wood burning stove, as well as full gas central heating, so it's cosy whatever the weather. Heating and electricity costs are all inclusive.Wireless broadband provided, as well as a television , DVD player, radio, and CD player.
The garden may be enclosed by shutting the gate.
Our smallholding feels wild and remote but it less than a mile to a shop, pub with restaurant, take-away service and award winning real Ale.
We are also only 35 minutes drive from the coast.
The surrounding area has plenty to offer visitors, fishing in the nearby Teifi river famous for sewin and salmon. Pony trekking is available just over a mile away, with superb riding on Llanllwni Mountain. There is bird-watching, and walking to suit all levels. Walk across our fields on to over 2000 acres of open mountain. We now offer guided walks.
For cyclists, the cottage is situated just four miles from the start of the Brechfa Forest mountain bike trail. We have been awarded Walkers Welcome and Cyclists Welcome status from the Welsh Tourist Board.
