Car parking is next to the cottage 3 meters from the front door. A security light ensures the way is well lit. There is one 17cm step down from the parking to the front door and one more 17cm step to a large paved patio with tables and chairs. The front door is 74cm wide and rear door is 75cm wide. The back door has a step of 19cm to rear garden. Open plan sitting/dining/kitchen. There is no downstairs toilet. Sitting area has a 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs. A TV and DVD with remote control and a radio/CD player with remote control. The kitchen worktops are 91cm high. Drop down oven door. Microwave with side door on worktop. Standard size washing machine and tumble drier. Dining area with 6 chairs. Two bedrooms via winding staircase with 11 steps 22cm high, 79 cm wide, with handrail. Bathroom door is 65cm wide, bath height 55cm with flexible shower over. Toilet height 41cm. The bedroom doors are 65cm wide. One bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds. Bedside lights with touch control. Non-feather pillows and duvets with poly-cotton covers and sheets. Light switches and power points at a sensible height. There is good mobile phone reception with Vodafone. If using other providers it might be necessary to go up the track approximately 100 meters. There is a bus stop a bit less than a mile away.
